Harvesting Point {fun} {excitement}
Moirha has been a busy little bee, harvesting and killing bees in Giddeus. The harvesting started off wonderfully. Most every point I went to stayed for quite some time before disappearing and nearly every one yielded at least 1 clump of red moko grass if not more. But by the end of the night I just kept getting more and more crap. I think I need to head to town and unload some stuff, craft some of the stuff to sell, and then head back. My goal is a stack of red grass cloth which sells for roughly 400k on Jeuno AH. Moirha only has about 3k on her person right now since she bought a scroll of Erase yesterday. >< Anyway, a stack of red grass cloth takes 6 stacks of grass clumps so I'm halfway to my goal. I've also gotten a lot of cotton and flax. I'll probably sell the cotton straight and use the flax to skill and sell. Anyway, I should make a tidy sum once I'm finished.

Yeah, saruta cotton sells for 10-11k a stack on Windy AH and I got 4 stacks of those. Got a stack of herb seeds, 3-4k. Stack of king locusts but those don't sell well so they'll be going to mule. 3 sprigs of fresh mugwort, which sell well, not sure for how much though. I'll be using the flax flowers to craft to cloth for skill ups and then be sold. Plus various other things that sell decently, like grain seeds, that will have to be sold individually. I also killed bees and made a stack of beeswax (while getting my Alchemy skill to 4) which is about 50k on Windy AH. ;) And, of course, the red grass cloth, which I'm hoping will sell quickly and be my big money maker.

is it worth it to make the cloth? I know back when I was doing it, the thread was more money.

I'm not sure, I guess I'm gonna find out. I thought it might sell better in cloth form than thread.

Well, most recipes that use the cloth use the thread too, so it's usually in just as much demand, I just remember the thread always selling for a better profit, and also selling faster/more often.
